Policies & Procedures
Thank you for choosing Bubby Bee Photography! To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following policies before booking.
Booking & Payment
A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session date and time.
The remaining balance is due in cash at the time of your session.
The retainer is applied toward the total session cost and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling beyond the allowed limit.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 72 hours notice.
Your retainer may be transferred to a new date for up to two reschedules within a one-month period, provided photographer availability allows.
After two reschedule requests, a new retainer will be required.
All fees and retainers are non-refundable.
Communication
Open communication is important. If either party becomes unresponsive for more than four days regarding the session, previously paid fees and the reserved date may be forfeited.
Travel
Sessions within Grundy County, Illinois include no travel fee.
Sessions outside of Grundy County may incur an additional mileage fee, which will be discussed before booking.
Gallery Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within 2–3 weeks of your session date.
If unexpected delays occur, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Image Downloads & Storage
Your online gallery will remain available for 30 days after delivery.
Please download and back up your images promptly, as galleries may be permanently removed after the 30-day period.
Image Use & Copyright
Bubby Bee Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images.
Clients receive a print release for personal use only.
Images may not be sold, altered, heavily edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Raw Images
Raw, unedited images are never released.
Model Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing before the session, Bubby Bee Photography may use images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
Requests to exclude or blur a child’s face must be made before the session.
Children, Pets & Cooperation
While every effort will be made to capture beautiful images, Bubby Bee Photography is not responsible for uncooperative children, pets, or participants.
Refunds or reshoots will not be provided due to a lack of cooperation.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, even if the client arrives late.
Clients who fail to arrive or make contact within 20 minutes of their scheduled session time will be considered a no-call/no-show and will forfeit all fees paid.
Venue Fees
If a session requires a rented venue, greenhouse, studio, farm, garden, or similar location, the client is responsible for all venue and admission fees for both the client and photographer.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
By booking a session with Bubby Bee Photography, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
